its like uptown or gerbang malam jugak la,ah awesome,bestt jugakla,cume xbanyak sgt org,heee, sesudahnyaaa esok nya ade wedding, lepas wedding berjalan3 pula di Perlis,hahha di mane lagi kalu bukan Padang Besar,heee,dnn dpt juga fisha jumpa sama si alan,alhmdllh,even sekejap tp tuh kngan paling best skli*hahha sbb date paling sekejap,

Simple Scones

before scones masuk dlm oven
selps scones di bakar,ni la hasilnya..

;hee haloo harini sha na tulis resipe scones sha,scones tuh ape?scones tu macam chispmore,tp bulat leper dia lg besar,hee

Bahan-Bahan;
250g tepung
50g garam dan gula
1/4 baking powder
1/4 baking soda
1/3 butter
180 ml UHL Milk
90g chocalte chips
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 telur

Cara Buat;
1.Mula2 masukkan gula&butter ke dlm 1 bekas tepung,dn small 1 bot baking soda ke dlm 1 bekas.Asingkan telur dlm 1 bekas.
2.Masukkn gula&butter ke dlm 1 mixture dn mix kan dlm 2/3 mnit,slpas itu masukkan tepung tepung brsma baking soda,Kacau shngga sebati smbil masukkan chclte chips atau perisa lain.
3.Masukkan telur ke dlm bncuhan.Kacau shngga sebati kmudian msukkn UHL Milk sdikit demi sdkit.Kacau shngga bancuhan sehingga dough tdak melekit di dlm mixer td.
5.Kalu dh rase x melekit,bole terus buat bulat2 bentuk leper scones,dh buat
6..Bakar dlm oven shgga 20 minute.

p/s; baca betol2 erk,sbb frst buat bahan2 td masuk dlm bowl lain dulu,asingkan telur dlm bowl lain juga,dh masukkan bhan prtma td spt cra di ats,bru masukkan dlm mixer ye.mixer dgn bowl lain ye kawan2,then perisa lain tu,esen vanilla,nak ltak prisa lain pon bole,and scones ni bukan bole letak chclte chips ja,na letak chclte rice pon bole,ikut creative masing3,sya dh pon buat di rumah,try la cube,hehe, gamba scones spt di ats.

Simple Doughnut


; ok entry harini,sha na tulis resipe doughnut,hehe nah ini resipe sha,selamat mencuba;
Bahan-Bahan-
Tepung Roti -300 G
Tepung Kek - 200 G
Gula-50 G
Shortening -60 G
Telur -45 G
Tepung Susu -15 G
Yis -9 G
Baking Powder -1G
Bread Improver -5G
Potato Flakes -50G
Vanilla Esen-5G
Colour Kuning -1G
Air -270G

Cara cara Membuatnya;
1.Masukkan tepung roti,tepung kek,gula,tepung susu,yis,baking powder,bread improver,potato flakes, campurkan semua skli dlm mixer ,mix selama 3 minit.
2.Masukkan telur,colour kuning dan esen vanilla,mix kan 3 bahan td sebentar.
3.Masukkan air dan mix sampai jadi doh
4.Last masukkan shortening dan mix sampai doh develop cantik dan licin,buat membrane test,rehatkan doh 45 minit.Canaikan doh dgn menggunakan dough sheeter dn cetak doghnut ,proof sampai kembang dan goreng dalm minyak,suhu antara 165 celcius.

p/s: hee ni bahan sha buat doughnut masa last final exam,masa sha buat doughnut ni smua peralatan ad,so kadg sape bca,diorg xtaw ape dough sheeter tuh,mebrne test tu ap,msti korang pening kan,ect sbb kat kitchen sha ad smua prltan,dough sheeter mksudnya na leperkan doh tu bg sma rata spya nati na cetak doughnut seng,kalu kt rumah tade dough sheeter,korg gunakan leper yg macm kayu besbol tu kn,tah ape namenye pon sha xtahu,membrane test tu pula,mcm kite na tgok doughnut tu jd ke x. hee sush na terangkan,cube try tnye mak korg,mak korg taw kot,tp kalu buat kt umah,diorg xuji mmbrane test pon,diorg terus goreng je kan,berdsarkan resipe sha di ats ni,rspi ni sbji mcm buat kat kdai2 roti,hee, Selamat Mencuba
